Felicia N. Williams, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Williams Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, and personal injury. She is committed to providing thoughtful, strategic, and personalized legal representation to individuals and families throughout California.
Before founding Williams Law Firm, Ms. Williams served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where she developed substantial courtroom and litigation experience. In her estate planning practice, Ms. Williams helps individuals and families create comprehensive plans designed to protect their assets, provide for their loved ones, and establish clear instructions for the future. She assists clients with revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and other estate planning matters, with an emphasis on creating plans tailored to each client’s individual circumstances and goals.
Ms. Williams also represents clients in probate matters, helping families navigate the legal and procedural requirements that arise after the loss of a loved one. She understands that probate can be both legally complex and emotionally difficult and works to provide clients with clear guidance throughout the administration process.
Her personal injury practice is dedicated to representing individuals who have been injured because of the negligence or wrongful conduct of others. Ms. Williams approaches personal injury matters with careful investigation, strategic case development, and a commitment to pursuing fair compensation for the losses and harm her clients have suffered.
In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Williams has a professional background in real estate and has been a licensed California real estate professional since 2015. This experience provides her with valuable insight into property-related issues that frequently arise in estate planning and probate matters.
Ms. Williams founded Williams Law Firm on the principle that clients deserve more than legal representation—they deserve an attorney who listens, communicates clearly, understands their objectives, and is prepared to advocate for them.
Whether helping a family protect what they have built, guiding loved ones through the probate process, or advocating for someone injured through no fault of their own, Ms. Williams approaches every matter with preparation, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting her clients’ interests.
Felicia is an avid reader who loves to spend quality time with her family. She enjoys coffee and lunches. She also loves to go on cruises.
