IWILL is based in NYC, with in-person events for women in the Northeast. Virtual members across the U.S. and internationally gain access to referrals, mentorship, and online networking.

· Global Membership – Discounted for international members, living and working board, who can’t attend in-person events but want full online access.

IWILL membership is based on where you currently live and work, not where you are barred.

· Full Membership is for members who live in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, or Massachusetts and want access to both in-person NYC events and online benefits. If you reside in these states, you must select Full Membership.

· Virtual Membership is for members who live outside these states or abroad but earn in the U.S. (i.e. digital nomads). It provides full access to IWILL’s digital network, online events, mentorship, and referrals—without the benefit of in-person events.

· Global Membership is for members who both live and earn outside the U.S. and qualify for a discounted rate based on economic conditions in their country.

Global Membership is designed for legal professionals who both live and earn outside the U.S. and need a discounted rate based on economic conditions in their country.

The one-time $50 initiation fee is mandatory for all new members and covers onboarding, community integration, and professional introductions.

· Introductions are spaced out to give each new member a spotlight, typically completed within 30-90 days of onboarding.

· Non-refundable as it covers administrative and onboarding costs.

· Returning members do not need to pay again but can purchase a re-feature if desired.

This ensures every new member gets proper visibility and a strong start!

By applying to IWILL, all members agree to IWILL’s Non-Solicitation, Non-Disclosure, Non-Poaching provisions, Non-Compete with IWILL, as well as, Community Code of Conduct, and Legal Ethics Rules. These policies ensure a professional, ethical, and collaborative environment by prohibiting direct solicitation, sharing confidential information, poaching members or clients, and any conduct that violates professional ethics.

Yes, installment payment plans may be available for certain membership tiers. If you need a payment plan, please email admin@iwilleague.com with the subject line "Request for Payment Plan."

We will review your request and provide options based on your selected membership tier. Please note that payment plans must be arranged in advance and are not guaranteed for all tiers.

Yes. Refer a new member to IWILL and receive a $100 credit to use on IWILL events, workshops, programs, or travel.

Important Details:

· Credits cannot be applied to membership fees after Q2 2025.

· The referred member must successfully join IWILL as a paid member for the credit to apply.

· Credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Yes! Many employers, especially law firms, cover professional membership fees as part of their business development, networking, and diversity initiatives. We encourage members to ask their firms to support their IWILL membership as an investment in career growth, leadership, and inclusivity.
