Milana is an accomplished employment lawyer with over a decade of experience fighting for women facing workplace injustice. After witnessing systemic failures that held women back despite their efforts, she founded Inspiring Women in Law League (IWILL) in 2021—a global collective empowering women in law to rise, lead, and support each other. Based in New York, she also serves as Senior Of Counsel at Lipsky Lowe LLP and is a 2025 Higginbotham Fellow with the American Arbitration Association.

A Partner at IX Legal, Kalpana brings personal experience as an immigrant and young professional to her advocacy for inclusion, mentorship, and systemic change.
