IWILL is open to women in law at all career stages, including attorneys, legal professionals, and industry allies. Our membership is designed for those who want to take control of their careers, build strategic connections, and gain access to mentorship, business development, and leadership opportunities.

While we don't currently have a formal membership to enroll in, JD law students are welcome to subscribe to our newsletter and join events to expand their network.

IWILL is for women in law who are done playing by the old rules and are ready to build their careers on their own terms. They’ve seen enough to know that the system wasn’t built for them—and they’re done waiting for it to change.

IWILL is for women who:

· Are 3+ years out of law school, working in the US, burned out from proving themselves, and realizing the problem isn’t them.

· Are U.S.-based J.D.s or LL.M.s looking to build their careers in the U.S. legal market.

· Rely on client referrals, especially those serving individuals or small businesses.

· Run their own firm or business and need stronger connections and strategies to grow.

· See the system isn’t working and refuse to wait until retirement to enjoy their career and life.

· Have hit a ceiling, knowing that hard work alone won’t break it—networking and strategy are key.

· Want mentorship and community with women who openly share, support, and believe in rising together.

· Feel trapped in corporate America and want a breath of fresh air and real opportunities to practice law on their terms.

IWILL is based in NYC, with in-person events for women in the Northeast. Virtual members across the U.S. and internationally gain access to referrals, mentorship, and online networking.

If you practice in space law, maritime law, international trade, or another highly specialized law practice, referrals may be rarer, but IWILL can help you:

By applying to IWILL, all members agree to IWILL’s Non-Solicitation, Non-Disclosure, Non-Poaching provisions, Non-Compete with IWILL, as well as, Community Code of Conduct, and Legal Ethics Rules. These policies ensure a professional, ethical, and collaborative environment by prohibiting direct solicitation, sharing confidential information, poaching members or clients, and any conduct that violates professional ethics.

Yes, installment payment plans may be available for certain membership tiers. If you need a payment plan, please email admin@iwilleague.com with the subject line "Request for Payment Plan."

We will review your request and provide options based on your selected membership tier. Please note that payment plans must be arranged in advance and are not guaranteed for all tiers.

Yes. Refer a new member to IWILL and receive a $50 credit to use on IWILL events, workshops, programs, or travel.

Important Details:

· The referred member must successfully join IWILL as a paid member for the credit to apply.

· Credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.

To claim your referral credit, email admin@iwilleague.com with the subject line "Referral Credit Request" and provide the new member’s name, or use our website.

Yes! Many employers, especially law firms, cover professional membership fees as part of their business development, networking, and diversity initiatives. We encourage members to ask their firms to support their IWILL membership as an investment in career growth, leadership, and inclusivity.
