IWILL has a different DNA than most professional spaces for women in law. We put the whole woman at the center: her complexity, humanity, ambition, warmth, and drive, everything she is in and out of the courtroom or office.

We do serious business and celebrate real success in a community that feels warm rather than performative, collaborative rather than transactional, and built for women as they actually are, not as the profession has expected them to be. A collective where your career serves you, not the other way around.

Founded in NYC in 2021 by Milana Dostanitch and friends and colleagues who are still active members today, IWILL grew from a group chat of 4 into a collective of 600+ members and allies.

Our members include first-generation lawyers, immigrants, career changers, and women from diverse racial, ethnic, cultural, and LGBTQ+ backgrounds. IWILL also welcomes allies, professionals across industries, and male attorneys who share our mission.

We are women and individuals who understand what it costs to navigate law without a roadmap. Our members collaborate daily, share opportunities, celebrate wins, send referrals, and genuinely show up for one another. Many join for the referrals and stay because they finally find a room where they don't have to shrink or pretend to be less complex or interesting.
